6 future technologies that will spread quickly in the developing world are mobile phones, robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, 3D printing, and internet of things.
1. Mobile phones:
We firstly talk about mobile phones. Through it we can easily communicate with another in seconds. The development of cellular mobile phones from the commercial service in the late 1970s has proceeded in generations. In 1991, Finland first generation analog cell phones are replaced with 2G digital phones. While, in republic of Korea during FIFA world cup in 2002, 3G phones were launched which provides fastest internet access. 2.33 billion 3g mobile subscriptions were founded by the end of 2015 and further 757 million subscribers to data optimized 4G. In 2015, researchers at the University of Surreys Innovation Centre managed one terabit per seconds which many thousands of times much faster than current data connections. Developments in smartphones have increased capabilities about 25 percent per year in the past 5years. Even though mobile itself is hardly a new technology, it is one of the technologies with potentially the greatest impact for the developing world.
