Hi.
What's a better way to say?:
Reached out to key community leaders
Provided assistance in high-end professional office (architecture firm)
Reached out to community contractors (like electricians) to teach them about our elderly program and ask them for reduced rates for their services

Reached out to key community leaders: Served as liaison to community leaders (or "between community leaders and ...")
Provided assistance in high-end professional office (architecture firm): I would be much more specific. What kind of assistance? Technical? Executive? Administrative? For example: Provided administrative support for high-end architecture firm in a professional office setting
Reached out to community contractors (like electricians) to teach them about our elderly program and ask them for reduced rates for their service: Liaised with community contractors to set up information sessions about our elderly program; negotiated reduced services rates for the elderly.
