Hello everyone. can you give me some tips on other phrases to use instead of "its not uncommon" I am a therapist writing a self help book and I keep coming back to this phrase when talking about people's behaviours, thoughts, and feelings. Thank you

Sure thing, Marlene. Here are some, and hopefully some other readers could weigh in too (a lot of these might end in "if" or "for"): - It's completely normal if
- It's not unusual if
- Don't be alarmed if
- You're not alone if
- It's common for/if
- Don't worry if
- Expect ___
- A lot of people ___
Hope these help! -Tim, AWTS

Thank you :)
I had "its not uncommon" stuck in my brain for some reason. The other phrases are a big help.
